Starting with raw bird’s nests, the product undergoes a multi-stage process that requires meticulous care and the experience of skilled craftspeople. Once the bird’s nests arrive at the production facility in Binh Khanh Commune, they are sorted, cleared of impurities, soaked, rinsed, and conditioned. They are then carefully cleaned further to remove feathers and any remaining impurities. Although these steps may appear simple, they require patience, skill, and great attention to detail to ensure that the nests are thoroughly cleaned while preserving the natural structure of the nest fibers. After cleaning, the nests are placed into molds and carefully reconstructed, gradually forming an attractive and uniform shape. They are then dried, packaged, and stored under strictly controlled procedures before reaching consumers. Behind every finished bird’s nest is a combination of natural ingredients and the craftsmanship of experienced workers—people who understand that the value of bird’s nest lies not only in its precious origin, but also in how carefully that value is preserved throughout every stage of production.

For Gold Bird’s Nest, its distinction also comes from the careful selection of Grade 1 refined bird’s nests, with particular attention paid to preserving their long, thick fibers and characteristic natural sponge-like inner structure. The cleaning process uses RO water combined with manual preparation methods, without bleaching chemicals or preservatives, with the aim of retaining the bird’s nest’s natural color, flavor, and inherent qualities. Product quality is carefully controlled throughout the entire process, from harvesting and preliminary preparation to processing and packaging. Harvesting is carried out only after the young swiftlets have left the nest. Together with a food safety management system compliant with ISO 22000:2018 and HACCP standards, this helps ensure the product’s safety, stability, and consistency. The traceability system is also being continuously improved, making the journey of each product increasingly transparent from its source to the consumer.
