Standard Shipping Fee: 35,000 VND per order.

Delivery Time: Within 3-5 hours for orders placed between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM (Monday – Saturday, excluding holidays as announced). Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be processed for delivery the next day.
Shipping Fee: Based on the real-time rates of the express delivery service. Free or discounted shipping policies apply according to current promotions.
Eligible Products: Dry preserved foods and fragile items requiring strict handling, including: Refined bird's nests and ready-to-eat bird's nest jars (glass containers).
Estimated Time: The delivery time displayed on the system is an estimate. Orders will be delivered as quickly as possible, with a maximum window of 48 hours from the time of order placement.
Scheduled Delivery: Customers in other areas may select a preferred delivery date, not exceeding 7 days from the successful order date.
Confirmation: Before delivery, Yen Dao Can Gio will call to confirm the time, location, and any additional costs.
Inspection upon Receipt: Customers must inspect the order and products before confirming with the delivery person.
For orders via third-party carriers: Customers are required to record a video of the unboxing process.
Checklist: Verify items against the order; check for correct products; check expiration dates, packaging integrity, and any potential transit damage.
Returns: If products meet the return conditions, customers may request the delivery person to confirm and return the goods immediately. Yen Dao Can Gio recommends inspecting goods upon receipt; any subsequent claims will be resolved based on evidence provided by the customer.
Return Fees: If a return is successful in accordance with Article 3 (Terms & Conditions), the return shipping fee will be waived.
Refusal/Unavailability: If the customer is unavailable to receive the goods within 15-30 minutes of the delivery notification, Yen Dao Can Gio reserves the right to cancel the order. The customer will be responsible for any incurred costs, including return shipping fees (equal to the original delivery fee).
Delivery Point: Orders will be delivered to the closest accessible point for the transport vehicle, subject to terrain and load restrictions.
Special Cases:
Apartments/Office Buildings: Delivery will be made at the ground floor/lobby.
Restricted Zones: For areas with security, medical, or epidemic controls, the delivery point will be renegotiated outside the restricted zone or handled via authorized personnel at the site.
